Pros
- company located downtown a minute's walk from Union Station (this is really the only positive thing about the company I can think of)
Cons
- software is archaic - company doesn't buy into ITIL, PMI, or IIBA ideologies - power is too concentrated among a handful of people who've lost touch with reality - the person sitting beside you could be gone one day without notice - pay is below par with their competition a few blocks away - advancement opportunities are few as those in management roles are very entrenched - team work is minimal - timelines are ridiculous (as little as 8 hours for a complete project including analysis, documentation, and updating the 'living' document in the group folder)
