Pros
Typical small company that is lacking process and proper management structure. Managers and executives are inexperience in software development project. If you are good story teller, you may be able to jump into management level even without any management skill.
Cons
The management team do not have plan and business is not going well. The company has no training and focus on cost cutting. High turnover and layoff are very common. Employees are in very low morale. Managers are not on top of project plan and technical leads are not following up project activities.
