- Micro-management at its peak, there will be one-on-one's conducted if a person were to leave 5 minutes early or arrive 5 minutes late - Extreme pressure with extra workload - No appreciation - Bias on sex and especially race, only favourites get appreciated and a promotion - Lowest pay in the market for a tech-company - Socializing with co-workers is frowned upon and acting like a robot is encouraged - Management likes to harass new hires and gossips about employees regularly - One person in this team became suicidal and encountered extreme depression due to pressure to perform with an impossible deadline. - New methods are frowned upon and only the 19th century methods are followed due to baby bloomers handling the management - No work/life balance , most of the team spends weekends at office
