Pros
There's a good bundle of experienced people there to learn from and the foundations the code is built on is quite solid and exposes anyone who's willing to dive around to a lot of things to learn from. Company was revamping their policies on many levels and started creating processes which were really helping deliver better products.
Cons
There are some characters in the office which are a bit tough to deal with if you're short on patience or humor. Company clients very much so dictate terms which leads to disorganization and last minute changes and/or deadlines. It's a higher stress environment due to the nature of the clients and industry
