Pros
decent pay and good place to pickjup some good cash fast. flexible hours (you work when your available but only if called out) you get most of your pay if you go to monthly training at your assigned facility
Cons
No path for promotions. The facility leads are not selected based on seniority, leadership skills or if they do the job well/job knowledge rather based on where you live. Management is disorganization at times: they don't communicate enough and sometimes make stuff more confusing. Lots of grey areas about who get to go to training outside they area and don't alway follow they own rules
