Pros
ERGs driven by employees Some good colleagues Good diversity among “normal staff”
Cons
Too many managers managing managers. Regular “reorgs” for no justifiable reason, leading to the remaining staff picking up extra work load and the “redundant” roles appearing again as new jobs 6 months later. Benefits are stagnant, used to be industry leading but now offered the bare minimum. So much money is wasted sending management around the world for “conferences” (glorified jollies) while non management are told to “save the company money”. Lack of work specific training, or qualifications specific to specialist roles offered. Forcing people to come into the office two days a week to sit on their own on calls just to tick a “hybrid” box when it’s much more productive to work from home. Inconsistent rules regarding “flexible working”, sickness time etc. Lack of diversity with EXCO & senior leadership positions.
