Regressive management not keen to tackle the problem of a senior manager who makes inappropriate comments as the managers are wimps who do not like conflict. Understandable that a lot of the digital team leave after a few months. HR are non-existent who only ever step in when someone is being fired. Most people joining the London office are not told where to send their P45s when they join, so they end up asking up to 7 different people in Finance who eventually tell them the answer. What a waste. Culture and digital in particular has become highly politicised. Makes it next to impossible to get digital projects off the ground smoothly. London digital team very talented, but they are carrying a lot of the business. PPC in particular, is a very heavy traffic source for the company which is dangerous considering the volatility of the Google algorithm. I was fired for complaining about one of my colleagues. My wimpish boss totally denied the behaviour and chose to fire me instead of dealing with the sexism in the office. What a joke!
