pre 2016/17 The People and the Culture RS had a phenomenal culture within the business, encouraging staff to do their best, empowering people to get on with the job, created a sense of wellbeing and that you played a part in this Big Machine. Training was exemplary and you were encouraged to challenge yourself as well as the business. At the time you had a work life balance and rewarded in some instances with days and weekends away with the family which was expensed by the company.
