STOP the reviews from HR - Anonymous employee RS Group Employee Review

Very low level middle management who have no idea how to develop their people and deliver the wider strategy. It is only a place to do your job, not to develop a career. HR need to do stop posting reviews on here, face into the issues and fix them. Trying to skew the ratings on here mirrors the overall issue, which is that nobody really fixes anything, just pay lip service and patch over the cracks .
