Pros
Looks really good in the CV, makes you learn group dynamics like nowhere else. Since every team is heavily micro-managed, your job is never boring - you'd never know if yesterday's guidelines are supported or denied today. Benefit system is all right and you can easily spend a good 30 years there if you have the nerves of steel. IT systems are diverse and ever-changing which gives a good opportunity to learn new technologies.
Cons
By being a global company, its slogans sound really tempting - unfortunately the lack of cooperation and ignorance between departments makes the company look like a group of competing startups. Personal development is nearly impossible unless you are part of the inner circle. Motivation does not exist unless you motivate yourself. Office work provides a nice glance back to the '90s - if you ever wanted to know how it was like back them, this is your place. IT solutions are often overridden / decided by the Middle Managers.
