Pros

Good benefits and work life balance. Potential to be a good business if behaviours are tackled.

Cons

White middle aged male bullying culture - throughout all levels of the business. Lack of women in senior roles - the women in senior roles do not last long. Agree or leave mentality. Certain leaders behaviours are protected by their HR police officers who carry out their tasks. Zero credibility in HR, no recourse and no action taken to tackle bullying. The most recent purpose culture activity feels like a crazed cult of people who are the pets that comply with leadership. Not set up to be a FTSE 100 business - the behaviours and chaos that take place behind the scenes are staggering

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. This is certainly not the experience we want our employees to have. We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us ensure we are doing all we can to provide an environment where everyone can bring their true selves to work. We are working hard to drive a step change in culture, where our leaders know what is expected of them – to show passion, act with humility and demonstrate trust. And a place where our people have ways to speak up if they have ever have concerns. We want RS to be a place where everyone is proud and excited to come to work.

Ageism, classism, colorism, everything that discrimination would be against. No opportunity to grow or use education benefits.
