Pros

Consistent company news. Coworkers are great. Equipment provided. Some other management is supportive and helpful. Team and senior ISR members are super helpful.

Cons

Paychecks are ok for a two income/financially conservative household. The infrastructure is still a bit off with interdepartmental communication. My manager isn’t supportive and doesn’t help with solutions completely and isn’t responsive. Supervisor seems like they are doing a lot of work to offload and stretched thin. Constant mis billings because of the organization of the customers accounts with multiple billing addresses. Email/phone system is wacky(five 9). Some reps don’t read emails and don’t complete the task or resolve the emails request and the same reps are praised for meeting email metrics. The reps that take their time to work out the complicated issues don’t get praised but asked why they aren’t working fast enough.

The pay, PTO, Volunteer days, hybrid work days.

Cons

Ageism, classism, colorism, everything that discrimination would be against. No opportunity to grow or use education benefits.
