Pros

Decent range of benefits and good co-workers.

Cons

The new CEO (S Pryce) is uncharismatic and passive in their role. Barely visible, has not set a clear direction of growth and driving the business down an austerity track. Not serving the staff and feels like a red flag to investors too. Usually posts AI written articles as a LinkedIn influencer and not something they truly believe in.

Ageism, classism, colorism, everything that discrimination would be against. No opportunity to grow or use education benefits.
