Pros
- Good compensation - Stock options (though profit sharing is a bit confusing) - Most associates very nice and professional - ERGs and organized opportunities to give back to local communities - Opportunities to move laterally w/n firm
Cons
- Hybrid work environment prioritized - Benefits package not great (Florida Blue, as of Jan 2025) - limited options for PPO, highest premium still has in-network coinsurance and deductible - Disorganization from mid and upper management leads to conflicting priorities and poor communication
