Team players throughout the business making your job feel part of a bigger mission. Good services offerings, Great customers.
Cons
Schizophrenic company strategy, questionable whether there's division within ELT, definitely division between RSA & Dell. Services leadership very poor, clear division between services & sales, esp with sales alignment. Good sales people move on quickly, no chance of long term success. No partner Strategy at all.
