Pros
I have enjoyed every moment at RSC and feel that I've been given independence to operate and grow without being micromanaged. The office is gorgeous and new as well as open. The openness gives everyone an opportunity to collaborate and talk with ease. In addition, the other employees here are very welcoming of new employees not only in the office but including them in going out to lunch and other things. RSC is a great place for any stage of your career whether its entry level, middle of the road or winding down towards the end, everyone is given equal opportunity to succeed. This team is full of hard working, dedicated employees who are all on the same page. All of this is a recipe for a great work environment and a great company.
Cons
There is no real downside to working here. It's a collaborative environment with supportive senior management.
