Pros
I have been working here for 5 months and these are the pros: -Excellent work/life balance, there is absolutely zero micromanaging -Great Management and leadership team, they are honest and ethical -CEO is very involved and truly cares about employees -Great people and professional work environment -Family oriented environment, the company truly stands by their core values and there is no gossip or drama like at other companies I’ve worked for. - Innovative systems and tools used for company processes. -Iconic branding and positive reputation. -There is great communication at all levels within the organization. -Very diverse and get to work with people from all cultural backgrounds and celebrate diverse holidays and events.
Cons
There really aren't any cons to the company. Some people may not like working here due to the flexibility and freedom this company provides. Someone that lacks organizational skills, this may not be a fit for you if you can't create your own structure and process for managing your activity.
