Pros

Nothing. The Owner only cares about money and not about people’s well-being. No one can afford to live working there! Meanwhile owner drove around in £100k cars. You will only do well if you are part of the senior team.

Cons

All of it. Worst job i have ever had! Run by children. Owner is horrible. Constant lies. Cut comms. People constantly crying. It’s horrendous.

Working for RSD Recruitment has been a great Journey, starting in September 2020 and working my way up to Recruitment Manager of the sales team within the Hire side of the business. As a part time working mum working 30 hours per week, I have always wanted a career and to be a mum and RSD have made that possible for me. We have an excellent team and work so well together, I think its rare to say for alot of people but I get up every morning looking forward to going to work.

Cons

The only down side to working in the industry, is sometimes you work incredibly hard for little reward but that is not the companies fault its just working in the recruitment industry in general.
