Pool table Occasionally get free lunches and half decent incentives

Cons

Horrific management Childish behaviours and bullying are both allowed Awful training Women are very rude, gossipers and unfriendly Men are immature and also rude Very unprofessional over all No one can afford to work there yet the owners and directors drive around in expensive cars Bad retention Too much change Don’t appreciate their staff unless they’re buddies with management Expected to work all the hours under the sun The list goes on.

Working for RSD Recruitment has been a great Journey, starting in September 2020 and working my way up to Recruitment Manager of the sales team within the Hire side of the business. As a part time working mum working 30 hours per week, I have always wanted a career and to be a mum and RSD have made that possible for me. We have an excellent team and work so well together, I think its rare to say for alot of people but I get up every morning looking forward to going to work.

Cons

The only down side to working in the industry, is sometimes you work incredibly hard for little reward but that is not the companies fault its just working in the recruitment industry in general.
