Everyone on the team gets to contribute. I feel valued. They promote from within whenever possible and foster education and training. It's also a great industry to be in. Leadership promotes innovation and improvement.

Cons

For people that prefer a fast-paced environment and can be dynamic. Not a con if that's what you enjoy.
