Pros
The culture was great. My team came is a couple times a week. I really loved my team. Sometimes work/life balance was there, often depends on what time of year it is. The promotion schedule is very clear and easy to follow and know what is coming. Compensation feels fair most of the time.
Cons
You have to pay for your own parking. You get paid well but I was often taking the stress of work home with me and having to work later again in the evening after getting home or working later than desired when working from home. Sometimes work/life balance was not great, often depends on what time of year it is. Many team memebers would be online super late at night. Sometimes I was still working at 11pm
