Pros

I only recall cons from working here!

Cons

The pressure to get trailers quickly and correctly could be intense. Sometimes, the workload felt overwhelming, especially during peak seasons or when dealing with emergencies. It's hard to shake off that stress, even after leaving the job. If I could go back, I'd think twice about diving into a career in a trailer without fully understanding the sacrifices it would entail.

Pros

There are plenty of advancement opportunities for those that show dedication, enthusiasm, knowledge, and hard work. They are growing and as they grow, they are developing better policies/procedures, training programs, and culture.

Cons

None- They are growing rapidly so it can take time for an idea to develop or be implemented fully but once it begins to flow, it is great!

Pros

Really wasn't any great thing about this company at all. The customers that we dealt with were great. And our parts supplier; which is midtown semi trailer equipment was awesome.

Cons

Very toxic coworkers and management, lack of communication at a severe level. Improper repairs being done by multiple techs. Half of them don't torque wheel nuts and lug nuts, weekly accidents due to improper repairs being done consistently. There is more drama, politics and brown nosing then the White House and a middle school combine. Most of their techs do not have their license's and don't follow any sort of safety procedures.
