Super exciting team - Anonymous employee RTS Labs Employee Review

As I was reading the only negative review about RTS Labs I felt that I needed to respond with some comments that are more positive, more accurate and are based on a long-term relationship with the company. For the records, I no longer work at RTS and left the company for personal reasons more than two years ago. I have been a part of RTS from the beginning and was fortunate to work with the CEO extremely close and long enough to know him really well. We all know that Entrepreneurs have attention disorder and the CEO is no exception. With that said, he is probably the most ethical, honest and caring person that I have ever met in my professional life. In my 3+ years at the company, I don’t remember him raising his voice even once at any one. While working at RTS, we all took many risks and made countless errors, and the only thing we were told was to learn from it and make new ones. RTS was all about performance, delivery and continuous learning. There was absolutely no room for office politics, disrespect, sucking up, BS etc. As we used to joke around, RTS is the place where all the misfits fit really well. The company has fostered a collaborative, open work environment where employees are encouraged to speak up with both positive and negative comments. As a result, most of the employees are very loyal to the company. If I remember correctly, we lost only one employee during the time I was there, and that to Google. I am still in touch with my colleagues there and they are all still happily working at RTS for more than 5+ years (RTS is only 6 years old). I agree that entering time into Teamwork was not pleasant but to be honest, time entry as a whole is a pain and no one enjoys doing it anyways.
