After working here for 7 months I can only say positive things about RTS Labs. Everyone learns from each other, fostering an awesome learning environment for a Developer. It all begins with the core of the company- Our CEO Jyot Singh, who genuinely cares for every employee. Jyot will go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy here. Jyot emphasizes the importance of dependability, culture, and learning from each other which is what makes RTS Labs so special. We also do team bonding events like: outdoor events, celebrate birthdays every month, and attending local breweries. PS: RTS Labs was ranked one of the best places to work in Richmond :)

Cons

Still have to obtain gym membership as listed on the RTS Labs home page.

Pros

I have had a really good experience here. People actually care and treat each other with respect. You can bring up ideas or concerns and you will get heard, which is not something you find everywhere. The team is smart, down to earth, and easy to work with. It is definitely fast paced and that is not for everyone. You are expected to behave like an adult, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. Nobody is going to babysit you, but you are also not left hanging. If you like taking responsibility and working with people who respect each other, RTS Labs is a solid place to be.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many changes in tech choices, and we miss the chance to lock in a stable process
