Pros

If it were not for Jyot, Jane and the reputation of RTS Labs, I would have passed on this wonderful experience to work with some very talented people.

Cons

With so many yummy snacks and birthday celebrations, I gained a few pounds. Thankfully, the company offers gym membership reimbursement and weekly Yoga sessions.

Pros

I have had a really good experience here. People actually care and treat each other with respect. You can bring up ideas or concerns and you will get heard, which is not something you find everywhere. The team is smart, down to earth, and easy to work with. It is definitely fast paced and that is not for everyone. You are expected to behave like an adult, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. Nobody is going to babysit you, but you are also not left hanging. If you like taking responsibility and working with people who respect each other, RTS Labs is a solid place to be.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many changes in tech choices, and we miss the chance to lock in a stable process
