Oh my my...where to start? Leaders have made derogatory comments to me about my coworkers, and no doubt they say the same things behind my back. Personal information that should remain confidential has been shared with employees. Scheduled one-on-ones are often canceled by management minutes before the meeting. Extra marital affairs, folks playing games or chatting all day and recording it as billable time, unattainable metrics, back stabbing, inappropriate pictures being shared - it all makes for an interesting day. Emails sent to clients by PMs are often embarrassing due to the grammatical and punctuation errors. Word of advice if you're considering joining - take a look around the office while you're waiting for your interview. See how many of us actually look happy, or speak to you, or even make eye contact with you. Follow your instincts.
