Pros
If you can ignore everything else, some people and the swag are good.
Cons
My major complaint is much like what the other realistic reviews say, if you are not in the "in group", you are nobody. Even though this company is driven and maintain by all 60+ people, only a handful are ever talked about, praised, and given bonuses/raises/extra PTO (they brag about it). They get all the opportunities with no means of mentoring or delegating exciting work. The rest of the people here are still traumatized and REMEMBER how poorly they were treated in 2023, hanging onto promises of adjusted compensations while watching their friends get laid off for pointing out leadership's fumble of the company (a lot of people haven't had a raise in over 2 to 3 years). The "special few" had consistent group meetings with the CEO to ensure their needs were met and they had everything they needed. Funny enough, the expendable employees had 1 on 1 meetings with HR that started with, "You are not getting fired, this is just a check-in". How low does a company have to get that HR has to prefaces every meeting or conversation with an employee: "You are not getting fired"?
