Pros
I liked working for Raytheon for the most part. The pay is good for the Tucson, AZ location. There are a lot of resources available, some might be harder to get than others. There are a lot of good people there and there are some really good groups to work in. They give a 9/80 schedule and shut down for 5 days at the end of the year (paid) for almost all employees.
Cons
Keep in mind, Raytheon sees all it's employees as replaceable no matter how long you've worked there or how high your annual reviews are. Raytheon is on a pattern of continually taking away benefits and bonuses they use to give the lower level employees.
