Dear colleague, thanks a lot for providing feedback. I really appreciate your 'Pro', as I also see RWE as a flexible working and accommodating company. Well, our new open, spacious and modern working spaces are a great place to spend the working day, networking with all the colleagues around but I do understand, that this might not suit everybody. But with our hybrid working model you have the opportunity to find the best place to work, depending on your and the busniss' needs - work from home or from the office, just as you like it (of course in alignment with your team and your line manager ;-)).
