Great healthcare exposure and hands-on experience. Excellent opportunities for internal mobility and building a professional network for career advancement.

While I have not personally experienced this issue, I have observed that career advancement and internal mobility opportunities at this organization are often contingent upon maintaining favorable relationships with management. It appears that departmental transfers can be restricted if one is not in favor with leadership.
