Pros
Unlimited PTO was the best benefit, but actually taking time off was the difficult part. That's probably the only real benefit after working there for 2 years.
Cons
Working in the tech production department was consistently frustrating. Despite years of asking for support, the tech production department was always an afterthought. The focus was always on performers or things relating to performers. RWS is ran by retired performers. Leadership does not understand what it takes to make a production happen behind the scenes. RWS also doesn't know how to say no to projects even if there is no manpower to do the work. RWS could never pay vendors on time either and I would become the liaison to somehow deal with it instead of the finance department.
