Pros

I can't think of any...

Cons

When I was offered the position, I asked for a few days to give an answer. They replied that they needed an immediate answer, as they needed me to start 5 days later. I happily accepted my first job offer out of college and was filled with excitement to begin my career. Unfortunately, that mindset faded quickly within the first few weeks of starting. I was placed in a giant cubicle, isolated from the rest of the company and subsequently forgotten about for 3 MONTHS. I am literally not kidding when I say that I was not given a single ounce of work to do for my first three months. In fact, I was never even trained for my position. My "manager" left the company about 2 weeks after I started. I was then not assigned a new manager for several months. In other words, nobody ever came to check on me. For months. I wasn't even sure what exactly my position entailed. I could go into work and leave after 8 hours having not seen or spoken to a single person (meanwhile 300 people work in the office). I would ask for work to do and was told that it was a slow time and things would pick up. As my feeling of self worth rapidly declined, I couldn't help but wonder why HR needed to hire someone so quickly for a position that was non-existent. 3 MONTHS AFTER starting work, I was finally given my first project. I was thrilled to actually have work to do, but found out quickly enough that these periods would come and go between radio silence. Enough about my position though, let's talk about the management. The company was restructured 3 times in less than a year. I bounced around between 3 different managers, none of which actually cared about the work we did, until something went wrong. I would sit day after day twiddling my thumbs and begging for work to do, but the managers couldn't even muster up any sort of busy work for us. I will never recommend this company to anyone. In addition to negatively impacting my mental health, the pay and benefits are also absolute crap. The managers are horrible and the coworkers are cliquey and unfriendly. But hey, if you like watching Netflix instead of having real work to do then maybe this place is for you.

Pros

Opportunity for growth within the company, great focus on not only retaining but growing inhouse talent. Tons of different sales roles to apply for. Ability to work remote full time.

Cons

Perhaps not the most competitive salary initially but can easily work your way into one.

Pros

The hybrid work model, I guess?

Cons

Do yourself a favor and filter this section to only the 1 star and 2 star reviews, because those are the only accurate reviews, at least for RX Global in the Norwalk office. At RX, you are overworked, but also underpaid and undervalued. Employees at this company are just a number. You are paid a comically low salary, no overtime, and HORRIBLE benefits, all for them to use and abuse you. You are expected to work overtime throughout the entire year. You are not only expected to travel for your own shows, but you are also required to volunteer for other shows and attend other external events throughout the year, that always fall over weekends. Have a good idea? Something that can propel the business forward? Doesn't matter! Unless you are VP level or above, your ideas are worth nothing— If anything, they're laughed at. On that note, unless you are VP level or above, not only do you have no autonomy, but you are essentially a dumping ground for admin work. And last but not least, the company culture is one consisting of gossip. Be prepared to be gaslit, micromanaged, and emotionally manipulated if you consider working here. Oh also, non-existent growth opportunities!
