None. There are no pros.

Cons

These people expect way too much of you. The management is overworked, so they don't care about the employees. They are constantly short staffed and expect you do get every little thing done. This is typical of gas stations. The thing that bothers me the most about this place us you don't get a lunch break. During orientation, they tell you that you get a 10 minute paid break here or there. My first day on the job the manager told me not to expect any breaks.

Pros

*Flexible hours *Cool coworkers *Depending on store needs you can stack hours *PTO *Give scholarship to pay for schooling *Can become a lead or manager within 6 months to a year.

Cons

*Corporate having us do unnecessary task like cleaning the pumps. (Have to do it within 10-15 minutes) *Morning shift is the worst shift (way too busy due to morning rush and lunch time) *No breaks *Expected to clean restroom stalls that has diarrhea splattered all over toilet and walls. Depending how bad it is, they'll call professionals. *Certain customers who complain about everything or try to get one up on you by having you shorten your draw.
