Pros
All jobs have PROS such as, a sence of personal achievement and a weekly paycheck. As for Racetrac the only Pro I can come up with is that there is a a set work schedule for management, including days off.
Cons
The "Putting people First" only applies to those that they want to put first. Promotions and praise are only handed out through favortism. Extremely high turnover in all levels of management. This was the worst employer I have ever worked for. The health plan was very poor. Any changes regarding payroll, vacation and benefits had to be faxed, often with a delayed response and sometimes not at all. There is no pay raises at all, regardless of tenure. Managements monthly bonus is based on your stores profitability, which is obtained by being taught by a "Cook the Books" menatlity. Honesty and Intergrity are only words for all levels of upper management.
