Pros

Fun "culture" Fun people Easy job

Cons

20 year olds run this company Lots of drama "Succession" planning is a joke, the employee of the year get promoted quickly, then they get dumped for a younger better model. You will never learn the skills to work at another place. Almost all executives "grew up" at Racetrac and don't bring knowledge of other businesses Executives want things done quickly but won't make decisions or take any action A director here is basically as knowledgeable as a junior manager at other companies.

Pros

*Flexible hours *Cool coworkers *Depending on store needs you can stack hours *PTO *Give scholarship to pay for schooling *Can become a lead or manager within 6 months to a year.

Cons

*Corporate having us do unnecessary task like cleaning the pumps. (Have to do it within 10-15 minutes) *Morning shift is the worst shift (way too busy due to morning rush and lunch time) *No breaks *Expected to clean restroom stalls that has diarrhea splattered all over toilet and walls. Depending how bad it is, they'll call professionals. *Certain customers who complain about everything or try to get one up on you by having you shorten your draw.
