We're sorry to hear that you thought the pay was primarily commission as we do have a guaranteed base salary that is competitive. As far as benefits go we have a number of perks and benefits with this particular role, if you are speaking specifically to health benefits they are typically offered once you hit a management position typically occurring after a year or so which isn't far from ordinary. drive to different locations Pay isn't great, you either get a commission check or a pay base, which is minimum wage Lots of turnover they will part ways with you quickly No benifits and only paid minumum wage
