Pros

Great atmosphere and dynamic built within the office. Most importantly, i appreciate the owner being heavily involved and hands on with the development of the employees, not only in business aspect, but personal aspect as well. Great exposure to network of individuals who are in the shoes of 1% of wealthy America as well.

Cons

Anything that was considered a negative was constantly being worked on and being developed within the office

I’m retiring here—no question. This is hands down the best company I’ve ever been a part of. The culture, the opportunity, the leadership… it’s different. good team environment in the office

Cons

drive to different locations Pay isn't great, you either get a commission check or a pay base, which is minimum wage Lots of turnover they will part ways with you quickly No benifits and only paid minumum wage
