Unlike many companies that allow advancement after several years of work and overtime and ups and downs of terrible pay, RAD gives the opportunity to run your own company and office out of the hundreds in the nation already, only after a few months of hard work rather than years.

Cons

Promotions are earned by hard work, if you aren’t ready to put in effort then this is not for you.

I’m retiring here—no question. This is hands down the best company I’ve ever been a part of. The culture, the opportunity, the leadership… it’s different. Cons

drive to different locations Pay isn't great, you either get a commission check or a pay base, which is minimum wage Lots of turnover they will part ways with you quickly No benifits and only paid minumum wage
