Pros

This was what I consider my first "big girl" job and I'm so thankful for the opportunity. The entire leadership team was so welcoming and helpful and it made the transition for college to the workforce so much less scary! From my first conversation with the recruiter, Crystal, I was so excited to learn more! I feel like I definitely grew as a professional and had a ton of hands on experience during my time here!

Cons

The position does require a good work ethic as they only promote from within, so there was turnover from people who weren't able to put in work. It was pretty easy to see who the motivated people were and who was just there for a paycheck.

I’m retiring here—no question. This is hands down the best company I’ve ever been a part of. The culture, the opportunity, the leadership… it’s different. Cam is one of one—genuine, inspiring, and the kind of leader who really pours into people and brings the best out of you. Cons

drive to different locations Pay isn't great, you either get a commission check or a pay base, which is minimum wage Lots of turnover they will part ways with you quickly No benifits and only paid minumum wage
