Pros

Like the title says, they recruit a lot of students or recent grads who are looking for experience that most jobs won't offer. They will train you in sales and recruiting so long as you are hitting expected sales caps. Younger office, friendly and energetic and fairly supportive of eachother. Pay is commission OR hourly ($15/hr), whichever one is higher, weekly paychecks.

Cons

Long hours, not all of them are clocked in. Leaders are promoted in title and workload but not in compensation. Very much a "hustle" culture that doesn't necessarily promote a work-life balance but all and all, the management is pretty up front about that from the beginning. Know yourself and what you are willing to do. There is fast upward mobility but it takes a lot of extra off-the-clock effort to get there.

Pros

I’m retiring here—no question. This is hands down the best company I’ve ever been a part of. The culture, the opportunity, the leadership… it’s different. good team environment in the office

Cons

drive to different locations Pay isn't great, you either get a commission check or a pay base, which is minimum wage Lots of turnover they will part ways with you quickly No benifits and only paid minumum wage
