Pros

When I graduated college every entry level job required years of experience, but this company gave me a chance at a career. I've recorded a ton of professional experience and get to put my degree to work every day. Everyone is also super friendly and welcoming, which made starting a new job less intimidating.

Cons

They do not offer remote work, but the office building is close to where I live which I appreciate.

I’m retiring here—no question. This is hands down the best company I’ve ever been a part of. The culture, the opportunity, the leadership… it’s different. Cons

drive to different locations Pay isn't great, you either get a commission check or a pay base, which is minimum wage Lots of turnover they will part ways with you quickly No benifits and only paid minumum wage
