Pros
I've seen our company go from a traditional agency to a total software powerhouse. We've done this by developing our own kick-ass software and by buying companies with their own awesome people and software that we add to our talent acquisition platform. It's been an impressive change, but it hasn't been without some hiccups. As we've shifted towards software development, some of us had to learn new skills and take on new roles. But the company has been awesome in providing us with the training and resources we need to succeed. All the hard work has paid off though, because our investment in software has allowed us to provide some seriously cool stuff to our clients. We've got our own killer software, and we've been able to combine it with the software and expertise of the companies we've acquired to offer cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference for our clients. Overall, I think that our evolution into a software powerhouse has been a great thing for our company and our clients. Sure, there were some bumps along the way, but we've got an awesome team and we're all working hard to make sure we keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible in talent acquisition. I'm stoked to be part of it all!
