Pros
You will likely get to work with global, Fortune 100 brands. There are some really fun, intelligent, reliable people mixed in but unfortunately that number continues to dwindle.
Cons
Too much dead weight...many inexperienced people who don't have the training to do their job, so others have to spend double the time fixing colleagues' work while still completing their own; Lack of leadership, ownership and direction at every level and most departments; No proper roll out of new processes or products, so when the lead person goes out of office many are clueless to even basic questions; Job titles don't mean anything...there are so many Directors, VPs and Strategists that it has a become a running joke; When someone leaves whoever was underneath them is often promoted even if they are not qualified for the job. The company is very quick to react to save face, but it's often the easy route taken and not the correct one; Too many people that are good at talking about doing things, but don't actually get anything done; No client push back...too many yes people; Warning - some of the reviews on here do not seem candid and seem like they were written by management to give a false impression of the company. A favorite is from March 2015 and praises a certain team's new boss. Though it is written in the 3rd person many believe it was written by that "new boss."
