Pros
I have been working with Radial for many years and have had several opportunities to grow and take on new roles. During this time I have had numerous individuals that worked for me advance and move into new positions themselves. Radial provides an environment to be able to grow, adapt, try new endeavors and challenge you on a regular basis.
Cons
Over the years there have been changes with the ownership, but the fact that the business is a desirable business to many is clear given the nature of the owners over time and with each business transition there have been new opportunities.
