The Radiance University program provides strong professional development opportunities, and there’s a real effort to foster leadership skills at the management level. The company’s health insurance and retirement plans are extremely generous, and the ESOP can be life-changing for those able to stay long-term.
Cons
Unfortunately, the CEO significantly undermines the company’s potential. Despite heavy investment in leadership training, top-level decisions are often driven by ego and control rather than strategy or collaboration. Several senior leaders have been abruptly terminated over the years, creating instability and discouraging career advancement. Those aspiring to upper management will find the environment extremely toxic.
