Pros

Pros remain that this is a small, employee owned company with friendly corporate culture. [UPDATE] I've been with Radiance for five years now and have transferred to the Technical Intelligence Group (TIG) out of Dayton, OH for the past two. The management structure in TIG is very professional and works hard to win contracts with employee collaboration. We are a Prime Contractor and have won a large number of contracts here; there is room for a variety of skillsets. I've been able to assist a few high talent transitioning Airmen into the company, and it feels like opportunities for growth are increasing. Our business is currently earning record profits, and that's been reflected in our compensation, particularly the employee-owner profit share.

Cons

None with TIG in Dayton, OH. My previous review was based on my experience with the Operational Intelligence Group (OIG). Radiance can be a great company, but can also feel a little small and nepotistic. Be cognizant of which division you may work under, because your management may vary.
