Every company wants to grow, but Radiance management wants to grow the company in a way that benefits the employee/owners and keeps a small company feel. Our CEO, Bill Bailey is a down-to-earth, “Southern Gentleman” who actively works to maintain a family-oriented work environment. I have heard him say many times what keeps him up at night is thinking about maintain the small company culture as the company grows. This same sentiment extends to the other leaders in the company as well. The work itself is technically challenging and we have many hard problems to solve for our customers, opportunities for advancement and good work-life balance. As a 100% employee owned company, everyone has skin in the game. This creates a culture where the interests of the company align with the interests of the employees.
