Pros
Defense contracting can be a very cutthroat world, and Radiance has repeatedly demonstrated that despite that fact, their focus is their employees, and providing stellar support to all missions they contract on. If you're in the Dayton area, I'd recommend Radiance.
Cons
Different locations don't seem to communicate much, and the capability that one group has may not translate to other office locations. They're working on it though.
