Pros
Small employee owned company, corporate culture is very family oriented and friendly. Starting to win a good variety of contracts.
Cons
Good luck getting promotions or opportunities if you don't work at corporate HQ. I've been employed there almost three years and have had only one periodic performance review. They don't care about employees or their performance on remote contracts. Quality of management is extremely variable depending on your contract or project.
