Pros
Driven coworkers are a pleasure to work with and do well to push the company's success forward. Radiance does a great job at trying to invest back into the workers, regularly putting on events and doing things for their employees. Since it is a smaller company there is plenty of room to take on additional responsibility and build up experience.
Cons
No strong cons. While Radiance does well to win contracts and create work, it is still small enough that it doesn't have a huge range of diverse projects if you are looking to transition.
